The battery consists of 2 tests: “Interpreting Numerical Information” and “Interpreting Verbal Information”. These tests are intended for candidates applying for supervisor and high-qualified specialists positions. These tests can be also used for assessing abilities of administrative personnel and in graduate recruitment.
“Interpreting Information” was designed by OnTarget in 2004 using Russian-language business materials: business periodicals, Internet articles, analytical reviews, marketing and social research etc.
Interpreting Numerical Information. This test assesses the applicants ability to understand and interpret information represented in tables, diagrams and graphs. The test consists of 26 questions and lasts 21 minute.
Interpreting Verbal Information. This test assesses the applicants ability to understand and interpret text information. The test consists of 28 questions and lasts 12 minutes.
“Interpreting Information” is available in a paper & pencil version and online in the OnTarget system. In the online version, questions are randomly selected from a large pool of questions (75 for the numerical test and 90 for the verbal test).
