The test was specially designed in 2005 for industrial workers. The results of this test provide information on the probability that an employee will make mistakes (take incorrect actions) after reading/listening to security and technical regulations. The test contains fragments of manuals/instructions and questions on them. The respondent should read the passage and specify the right actions (e.g. actions corresponding to the instructions) from the list below. The test consists of 30 questions and lasts 10 minutes.
The test is available in paper&pencil version and online in OnTarget system.
