The battery consists of two tests: “Analyzing Numerical Information” and “Analyzing Verbal Information”. These tests are intended for candidates applying for top-manager, middle-manager and analyst positions at large companies. This is currently the most difficult OnTarget battery of tests.
“Analyzing Information” was designed by OnTarget in 2004 using Russian-language business materials: business periodicals, Internet articles, analytical reviews, annual reports, marketing research etc.
Analyzing Numerical Information. This test assesses the applicant’s ability to work with information represented in tables, diagrams and graphs, analyze it and make correct conclusions. The test consists of 19 questions and lasts 24 minutes.
Analyzing Verbal Information. This test assesses the applicant’s ability to work with textual information and draw conclusions from it. The test consists of 32 questions and lasts 22 minutes.
“Analyzing Information” is available in a paper & pencil version and online in the OnTarget system. In the online version, questions are randomly selected from a large pool of questions (60 for the numerical test and 90 for the verbal test).
