Online Testing
We offer an expert system that allows companies to perform remote personnel assessment (click to view the patent).
To test applicants, we offer to create your own corporate web site at http://www.ontarget.ru/COMPANY, where COMPANY is your company name.
At this site, you can place information about your company, its products and services, a welcome message for applicants and any other information you would like. Applicants may access this page through the link on your company’s web site or just by typing the address in their browsers. You may use a standard registration form for applicants or a modified version depending on the amount of information you wish to obtain from applicants.
You should post a list of positions or vacancies you want to test your applicants for on your page. We will choose the relevant tests for each vacancy. After completing the registration form, applicants will receive permission to take the test (each test can be accessed only once). If you wish, applicants can receive a short, automatic report on their results.
The employee at your company in charge of managing your page will be given access to the administration area. From the administration area, you will be able to view test results, applicants’ registration forms, manage applicants and vacancies, and register applicants. Applicants’ test results can be viewed online and saved to local PC as a Microsoft Excel file.
