• Ability tests as part of personnel assessment system
• Test administration
• Scoring and interpretation of ability test results. Norm groups
• Test selection
• Test reliability and validity
• Making selection decisions on the base of test results
• Feedback on test results

After course completion the participants will receive:

• Course manual
• Booklet for one of OnTarget's test batteries (participant's choice)
• Administrator's instruction for each test of the chosen battery
• 10 answer sheets for each test of the chosen battery
• Certificate

Duration — 2 days

Public training — € 1000 per person.
